California Barre® is a fierce barre method that mixes yoga, Pilates, fitness, dance, and Pelvic Floor Training informed by the The Belle Method.
We have multiple class formats including the signature 50-minute class, all accompanied by skillfully crafted playlists and inspiring coachs to guide you and motivate you.
The objective of this delicious full body cocktail is to feel “the burn” and “the shake”, the effects associated with isometric muscle work. Classes are intense, yet the low-impact exercises permit all levels, backgrounds, ages to practice.
Through controlled, isolated movements, barre is efficient in lengthening, firming, and sculpting the body from head to toe and core to surface, resulting in a dancer-like physique without years of dance experience.
Physical results can be seen in as little as 2-3 weeks with a frequency of 3 classes on average per week. But we promise you will feel it at the first practice!

Class is intense all the way from the warm up to the final stretch, yet the low-impact exercises permit all levels, backgrounds, ages, and even certain disabilities, to practice.

Our barre-less format consists of a dynamic warm up followed by a series of fiery barre exercises in the center of the room. Yep that’s right, all the best of a barre class but with NO BARRE! This format will fire up your core by demanding extra balance and stability, while working every muscle group from head to toe through small controlled isometric movements.
